Q. Where can I watch on-demand content from re:Invent?
A. Keynotes, innovation talks, and breakout sessions are available through the event website and will also be available on the AWS Events YouTube channel.
Q. Will slide decks be available for breakout sessions?
A. Yes. Slide decks for select sessions will be available about a week after the event on the AWS Events Content site.
Q. Who can I contact for a copy of my hotel folio or for questions about my reservation?
A. Please contact your hotel directly and ask to speak to in-house reservations to receive a copy of your folio or to answer any questions about your reservation.
Q. What is your cancellation policy for conference registration?
A. If AWS receives your cancellation notice by October 18, 2024, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method. If AWS receives your cancellation notice between October 19, 2024, and November 29, 2024, AWS will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method. If AWS receives your cancellation notice after November 29, 2024, you will not be eligible for a refund.
